The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme
TPO is a government approved scheme, which provides independent redress in relation to disputes between consumers and estate agents.
The Ombudsman resolutions are designed to attain final settlements of disputes made by either a consumer or an estate agent.

Please note you must refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months of the date on the final letter received from the agent.
