Property Inventory

 

We always recommend employing the services of a qualified inventory clerk and we work closely with a number of firms.

 

They will prepare a full and detailed inventory together with a schedule of condition of your property prior to the tenant moving in, and will check this in the tenant's presence so that you are in agreement of the initial condition of the premises at the outset.

 

When the tenant leaves the property the inventory clerk will again attend the property and check the original inventory against any damage that may have been caused during their tenancy. It is the check out report upon which any claims against the deposit are measured.
