COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

The Courtenay complaints procedure has been designed to make sure that any concerns you may have are dealt with both quickly and as efficiently as possible.  

 

Speak to the Member of Staff or the Department Head.  

 

In order that your concerns are addressed as efficiently as possible can we please ask you to raise any issues either verbally or in writing with the Member of Staff or the Department Head.

This complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and a full investigation will be undertaken.

 

Please be aware we will refer the matter to a wholly independent firm of Chartered Surveyors to obtain a true independent view of the complaint.  

 

A formal written response will be sent to you within 15 working days.  

 

Following our formal investigation, a written statement expressing our final view will be sent to you. This will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months for a review.  

 

 

 Please note that we are unable to accept formal complaints by email under any circumstances for legal reasons.
